You've found the independent, resident-run website for our vibrant community. While our official, trademarked name is Del Webb Naples (owned by PulteGroup), we proudly refer to ourselves as Del Webb Ave Maria here.

Why the different name? It's simple: our beautiful, master-planned community is genuinely located in Ave Maria, a distinct Census-Designated Place (CDP) situated approximately 36 miles northeast of downtown Naples. We've chosen "Del Webb Ave Maria" to clearly distinguish our platform from official developer or Homeowners Association communications, helping to avoid confusion and potential legal issues.

Please know that this site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PulteGroup, the Del Webb Naples Community Association, or Hampton Golf. We operate solely as a platform for residents to share information, news, and community perspectives.

This website was created to serve as an independent, resident-focused resource for those who live in the Del Webb Ave Maria community.

Since 2007, a Developer-controlled HOA Board has managed our community—shaping its priorities, controlling information, and guiding long-term decisions. As someone who served on a Florida Developer Board prior to turnover, and later as the first elected community run HOA President, I’ve seen both sides. My background in reviewing developer-to-resident asset transfers, hiring a new community mangement team, budgeting, overseeing independent audits, commisioning and analyzing reserve and engineering studies gives me a unique perspective on what’s been done—and what still needs to be addressed.

The proposed $3.5 million rebranding and renovation of the Rusty Putter—without full transparency or a solid business case—was a turning point. It highlighted just how essential it is to have a platform where residents can access facts, ask questions, and view our community with a fresh set of eyes. This website exists to offer that—outside of the developer’s narrative, and with only one agenda: the well-being and long-term sustainability of our community.
